Dear Participants,
Thank you for your registration to the festival. You are so welcome! With 150 people registered from more than 8 different countries, it will be a big gathering. We are happily preparing for your arrival at the moment. This letter will be about some practical issues, please read it carefully.
· Please let us know your estimated arrival time if you have not let us know yet, especially if you travel by train, so we can pick you up. You can mail us at this address: acimifestivalregister@gmail.com.
· People travelling by car and who will stay at the academy are asked to take their own sheets and towels.
· All other participants are advised to bring at least one towel; the rest will be available for you at your sleeping location.
· People who camp have to bring everything they need themselves.
· Take your swimming suit with you if you would like to swim in the lake!

Directions:
By car:
-Directions Autobahn (highway) Berlin-Hannover (A2) coming from the direction of Berlin:
Exit Wollin. After the exit follow the road to Wenzlow. In Gruningen, turn left towards Ziesar, then Wenzlow (first right then left), turn right towards Mahlenzien (Vorfahrtstrasse). Turn left in the direction of Rogäsen (through Viesen), turn right in the direction of Wusterwitz (about 7 km), In Wusterwitz, take the exit towards Warchau on the left (small sign) turn left after 800 meter, this is the Muhlenstrasse. You made it!
-Coming from the direction of Hannover:
Take exit Ziesar, go through Ziesar (3 km).Follow directions to Brandenburg (B107) until you see signs for Wusterwitz. In Wusterwitz take the exit towards Warchau on the left (small sign) turn left after 800 meter, this is the Muhlenstrasse.

By train:
Wusterwitz is situated at the railwaytrack between Berlin Bahnhof zoo and Magdeburg/Genthin. The train will take you in 50 minutes from Berlin to Wusterwitz, the train leaves at 17 minutes past every hour.

By Plain: Directions to Wusterwitz Train station(=Wusterwitz Bahnhof)
From TEGEL Airport:
Bus-train connection; buy ticket in Airport Terminal; Take bus “X9”to “Bahnhof Zoo”, this is the train station, take the R1 direction Magdeburg Hbf; about one hour train trip.
From Berlin Schonefeld Airport:
Take any train to Berlin “Ostbahnhof” change trains here; take the R1 to Magdeburg Hbf ; about 70 minute train trip.
